5.Professional verbal and written communications skills
6.Experience in mobile equipment, construction machinery, hydraulic fluid power and power transmission markets or related experience with similar technical products.
7.Direct related experience in gears and gear boxes a plus.
8.Familiar with Microsoft Office products

Materials Process Engineer Job Summary:
Major Responsibility – Serve as the primary technical resource involving all matters related to product painting, packaging, and preservation.
Position Requirements:
•Paint Processes – Interpret and understand customer and industry standards. Establish and maintain procedures, processes and systems to control all aspects of preparation, masking, and wet-on-dry painting process for gearbox assemblies.
•Packaging Processes – Establish and maintain specifications for packaging of gear components and assemblies using both returnable and non-returnable containers for delivery to both domestic and international shipping destinations.
•Preservation – Establish and maintain methods & products to effectively preserve product during internal processing, delivery to its intended destination, and subsequent storage.
•Cleanliness – Interpret and understand customer and industry standards for product cleanliness. Establish and maintain systems and procedures for meeting cleanliness requirements of gear components and assemblies in preparation for processes such as heat treatment, plating, coating, non-destructive testing, assembly, painting, and shipping.
•Material Handling – Establish and maintain effective standards for material handing and movement during internal processing.
Qualifications: Preferred Experience: All Technical aspects of wet on dry painting of steel products, packaging of large, heavy products, cleanliness & preservation of steel products.
Education: 4 year technical degree or equivalent in experience

Internship Supply Chain Job Summary: Project: Working with the Purchasing Incoming Logistics manager methods / metrics to improve our delivery reliability.
